Narrative description:

Palm Beach Atlantic University is a comprehensive Christian university with an enrollment of more than 3,900 students. Founded in 1968, PBA provides a quality education with a distinctive Christian emphasis for students of all faiths.

With more than 51 undergraduate programs, Palm Beach Atlantic likely has a major to interest you. Undergraduate academic schools include Arts and Sciences, Communication and Media, Education and Behavioral Studies, Ministry, Music & Fine Arts, Nursing, and the Rinker School of Business. PBA offers master’s degree programs in accounting, business administration, divinity, counselor education and leadership in addition to professional degrees in nursing, nursing practice and pharmacy. The University also offers several undergraduate programs that hold classes in the evening and online to help working adults complete their degrees.

Palm Beach Atlantic offers excellent, modern facilities on a 29-acre campus in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, directly across the Intracoastal Waterway from Palm Beach and only minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. PBA’s urban location puts beaches, restaurants and shopping within easy walking or bicycling distance. With the temperature usually in the 70s or 80s, students enjoy outdoor activities year-round. Our Orlando campus caters to the needs for working adults, offering bachelor’s and master’s level degree programs at night.

At PBA, we know that success means many things and involves far more than a salary. We’ve designed our programs – both inside and outside the classroom – to help students grow and be successful in every area of life … academically, spiritually, socially and financially.

At PBA, you’ll meet friends whose values and beliefs are similar to yours and establish friendships that will last a lifetime. You’ll also build friendships with fellow students whose diverse perspectives will challenge you as you develop lifelong values.

Location: Palm Beach Atlantic is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. This subtropical setting puts students within walking distance to the venerable town of Palm Beach, Fortune 500 businesses and some of the world’s best culture, shops and restaurants. The average daily temperature is 75 degrees, which means students can enjoy outdoor activities year-round.

Palm Beach Atlantic’s West Palm Beach campus is easily accessible from Interstate 95 (I-95) and Florida’s Turnpike as well as many local travel hubs, including the West Palm Beach train station and the Palm Beach International Airport.
